Answers to Everyday Ethical Questions

1 User Review

Length: 1 hour 55 minutes

Join us to discuss how the Rules of Professional Conduct, and related decisions, opinions and commentary are applied to concrete situations that confront lawyers in everyday practice.  A prominent faculty will discuss and take questions from the audience on a series of ethical conundrums.  Among other topics, the panel will consider recent case law, ethics opinions, and other developments concerning a range of issues, including: ethical duties vis-à-vis jurors, conflicts of interest, the scope and limitations of confidentiality, and the in-firm privilege.
