This program will address a range of topics, including MWBE participation in public construction projects, strategies for compliance, and recent investigations. The panel will include representatives from government agencies, anti-corruption monitors, and counsel for construction firms. The program will provide valuable guidance both to those practitioners who counsel clients on avoiding becoming the subject of a construction fraud investigation, as well as to those practitioners tasked with defending clients after an investigation has commenced.
